Make it full of bangers! - that was the goal of this one, and I think I did pretty well. It definitely stands out with some of my personal favourites such as: ‘Needs & Wants’ and ‘Where You Are’. I did re-record a few of my favourite songs from other albums such as ‘I Think About You’ and ‘My Word’ because they fit well on this album.

When it came time to naming this album, I went with the philosophical line that was running around my head for sometime, a line influenced/paraphrasing the famous Greek philosopher Socrates. It’s a title that kind of cycles back on itself doesn’t it? A kind of thought loop. I think it’s pretty clever anyways.
